Dear Community,
After a GGPoker software update, the data for the day is incorrect. It is estimated that around 70% of the imported data from April 2nd, 2021 is incorrect, and there is no rake. And for April 3rd all data is missing.
As usual, we have reported it and we are now waiting for the missing data to be imported. Past experience shows us that it will most likely take up to 1-2 weeks for the missing data to be uploaded. As always, we will notify you as soon as everything has been corrected.
We are aware that this is very unsatisfactory, and that this is by no means the first time we’ve seen such errors in the data transfer at GGPoker. Unfortunately, it is not in our hands and we can only report it and hope that everything will be corrected quickly.
