As you’ve probably all noticed by now, numerous player accounts were transferred from Natural8 to GGPoker and vice versa just before the end of the month.
Since this was carried out without any announcement and careful planning, there is still a big mess. Since we do not yet have 100% data from all players for April and many players are currently no longer tracked via us as affiliate, we cannot start the payouts as usual.
We ask for your understanding and a little more patience. We are in contact with GGPoker and Natural8 and hope for a quick solution.
