World Series of Poker increased the paid field for the upcoming event
Recently, the schedule for the 16th season of WSOP 2019-2020 was enlightened for the mass audience. The upcoming Series will take place in 35 different locations around the United States of America; six of which will be brand new. Traditionally, the winner of the WSOP Circuit will possess the coveted gold WSOP bracelet.
The WSOP made a number of changes, some of which are already revealed together with locations and dates. One of such changes is a decision to come to the big blind ante format. The share of the paid field for this year has increased by 50 percent.
The WSOP Vice President Jack Effel stated that changes made for last year WSOP event were well received by both players and poker operators. For these reasons, they made a decision to move forward and provide players favorable conditions. Thus, this year’s WSOP completes their enhancements by increasing in two times the number of players that will get a share of the prize pool.
For those who would like to qualify for WSOP Circle main event, there are still plenty of possibilities available. Anyone who will win WSOPC main event at any U.S. or international locations, win a ‘Casino Championship’ by accumulating the most points at any location during the open gold ring events, or be part of the top 50 leaderboard in the WSOP Circuit will earn their seat in the GCC for free.
