What makes GGPoker so
unique and what games they offer?
GGPoker has a ton of unique features. You can protect your hand from bad beats with All-In Insurance, polish your game with their free in-house analysis tool, PokerCraft, or brag to your friends on a great hand won with their Hand Moments that allows players to share key hands easily on social media. Another cool feature is Tournament Staking, where you can buy a piece of your favorite player’s action or sell a piece of yours.
You will find 24/7 action on the virtual cash game tables — regardless if your game is Texas Holdem, Pot-Limit Omaha or the latest craze in Short Deck Holdem. Players from all over the world are waiting for you. They have a fantastic rakeback/cashback program called Fish Buffet with great rewards for poker players — recreational or professional grinders.
You find the best tournament schedule in the world at GGPoker. Very popular are also the Spin & Gold or the Rush & Cash tables, for everybody who likes to play very fast.
You can also find very special variants such as the All-In (AoF) cash game tables, the Battle Royal SNGs or the Flip & Go tournaments. Both types of games are unique and offer all players a lot of action and fun.
Player, Skill and Traffic
GGPoker is a member of the fast-growing GGNetwork. The number of players is constantly increasing (at a faster rate than many other popular poker sites). This growth is mainly due to their player friendly software, high traffic at all limits and of course the fantastic rakeback deal!
GG Poker offers 24/7 action at their poker tables – including some of the busiest games at the nosebleed stakes – with a wide selection of games including Texas Hold’em, Pot-Limit Omaha, All-In or Fold, as well as busy multi-table tournament schedule and so much more.
While most of the traffic initially came from Texas Hold’em, Pot Limit Omaha and tournaments, with the number of players on the rise, there’s action at all different types of games, making GG Poker an amazing poker room for all types of players.
One of the biggest advantages of GGPoker is the soft player field, especially the Asian players who are often much more aggressive poker players and often willing to gamble away even the weakest poker hands.
Sit & Go / Spin & Go SNG (Spin&Gold)
Currently GGPoker doesn’t offer traditional Sit & Go tournaments but they do have a popular version of the Spin & Go Jackpot SnGs labeled on their site as Spin & Gold.
Spin & Gold tournaments at GGPoker are fast-paced, three-handed Sit & Go games that feature a unique jackpot element, where the prize pool is determined randomly before the start of each tournament. These tournaments offer an exciting twist on traditional poker gameplay, making them popular among casual and experienced players alike. Here are some details about Spin & Gold tournaments:
Format: Spin & Gold tournaments are three-handed, hyper-turbo Sit & Go games. This means there are only three players per table, and the blind levels increase rapidly, leading to shorter game durations and quick action.
Randomized Prize Pool: Before the tournament begins, a spinning wheel determines the prize pool multiplier, which can range from 2x to 12,000x the buy-in. This adds an element of excitement, as players have the chance to win significantly larger prizes than their initial investment.
Payout Structure: Depending on the prize pool multiplier, Spin & Gold tournaments can have a winner-takes-all format or pay out multiple places. For example, if the multiplier is low, such as 2x or 3x, the winner takes the entire prize pool. However, for higher multipliers, the prize pool may be split among all three participants, with the first-place finisher receiving the largest share.
Buy-in Levels: Spin & Gold tournaments cater to various bankrolls, with multiple buy-in levels available. These can range from just a few dollars to higher stakes, allowing players to choose a level that suits their preferences and budget.
Strategy: Spin & Gold tournaments require a different strategy compared to traditional poker games, as the rapidly increasing blinds and short-handed format demand aggressive play and quick decision-making.
Spin & Gold Challenge: GGPoker offers a Spin & Gold Challenge, where players can complete daily missions to earn additional rewards, such as cash prizes and tournament tickets. This adds an extra incentive for players to participate in Spin & Gold tournaments regularly.
Overall, Spin & Gold tournaments at GGPoker provide an exciting and fast-paced gaming experience, with the potential for massive payouts thanks to the randomized prize pool multipliers. These tournaments are ideal for players looking for quick action and the opportunity to win big in a short amount of time.
The tables at all buy-in levels fill up around the clock and you’ll find a lot more amateur players here — it truly is a Fish Buffet!
GGPoker is the only poker room in the world that offers 6max Spin&Go tables!

Fast Forward Poker (Rush&Cash)
Also very popular is their own “Quick Fold” cash game called “Rush & Cash” on the GG Network. Rush & Cash is an exciting and fast-paced cash game variant available exclusively at GGPoker. Designed to keep the action non-stop, Rush & Cash offers players the opportunity to experience a high volume of hands and thrilling gameplay in a short amount of time. Here’s an overview of the distinctive features that make Rush & Cash a unique and engaging offering at GGPoker:
Quick Seating and Fast Fold: In Rush & Cash games, players join a large pool of competitors rather than being assigned to a specific table. As soon as they fold a hand, they are instantly moved to a new table with a fresh set of opponents and dealt a new hand. This innovative format eliminates waiting times between hands and allows players to experience more action and make decisions quickly.
Cash Drops: One of the most enticing aspects of Rush & Cash is the random Cash Drops that can occur at any time. At the beginning of a hand, a certain amount of money (ranging from 10 big blinds to 600 big blinds) can be added directly to the pot, creating larger pots and incentivizing players to compete for these boosted rewards. Cash Drops offer a thrilling and unpredictable twist to the game, making every hand potentially more lucrative.
Lower Rake: Rush & Cash games typically feature a lower rake structure compared to traditional cash games, which means players get to keep a higher percentage of their winnings. This reduced rake helps to make the games more appealing and player-friendly.
Game Stakes: Rush & Cash caters to players with different bankrolls, offering a variety of stakes to accommodate various budgets. From micro-stakes to higher limits, players can find a suitable Rush & Cash game that meets their preferences and skill levels.
Strategy Adjustments: The fast-fold format and random Cash Drops in Rush & Cash games require players to adapt their strategies accordingly. With a higher volume of hands and constantly changing opponents, players must be more observant, flexible, and willing to adjust their tactics on the fly.
In summary, the Rush & Cash variant at GGPoker provides a unique and exhilarating gaming experience for players who enjoy fast-paced action and unexpected rewards. With its quick seating, fast-fold feature, and random Cash Drops, Rush & Cash keeps players on their toes while offering a fresh and engaging alternative to traditional cash games.

HUD and special software tools
One of the unique features of the GGNetwork is that the use of a Heads-Up Display (HUD) and other technical tools that give a player live statistics on themselves and other players is strictly prohibited on the GGNetwork. GGPoker makes up for this though with Pokercraft — their own proprietary program that allows you to review your statistics right on their site. For those players who prefer to analyze their own hand histories, they can be downloaded from the site and imported into Holdem Manager or PokerTracker for further analysis.
PVI Rake Calculation GG Network
The GGNetwork uses a model called PVI Contribution (Player Value Index) to calculate rake somewhat similar to other big networks such as iPoker Network. PVI varies from player to player and is determined by the poker site (not YourPokerDream) and may mean that the network is not necessarily counting 100% of the actually earned rake. For a consistently winning player, in a worst-case scenario, it may mean that you are credited with only 50-60% of the actual rake at a cash table. Recreational players have little to worry about as they will likely have a higher PVI. For more information on this and a bit more detailed explanation of PVI, check out our article here.
Therefore, fair warning that 100% of your rake generated may not always be counted in our promotions/deals. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do from our side (the same with any other skins or affiliates) as this is a network-determined number and beyond our control.
That may sound negative at first, but if you think about it in the long term, by rewarding losing players more, keeps the playing field incredibly soft, which in turn increases your own win rate. There also are many great promotions that will have you bringing home more cash and bringing more fun while playing.
Important: In Tournaments, as well as All-in or Fold, no PVI is used and 100% of the earned rake is counted. Only in regular cash games, Rush&Cash or Spin&Gold tables, does the network use PVI.
