Dear Community,

This is a post we never wanted to write, but unfortunately, we are left with no other choice than to bring this matter to the public and prepare legal action if they continue to ignore the situation and continue with such kind of behavior.

Important for us to mention: Over the years, we have had a very pleasant, transparent, trustful and professional cooperation with their team and affiliate managers and they did really a good job. The main reason we waited so long is that some of them are still with the company, just in different departments and with other brands. If that had not been the case, we would have taken the current course of action much earlier, after just a few days.

We were hoping to receive a solution and proper feedback from the Chico Poker Network and the people in charge.

As always, we communicate everything in a 100% honest and transparent way. We stand for values that are important to us and to our community, even though these values are increasingly being lost within large parts of the industry. Unfortunately, these are the facts and developments we see, and the industry has changed dramatically, especially in the last 10 years.

The Chico Poker Network and its affiliate program operate via www.commissionkings.ag, although users are now being redirected to wagernetwork.ag. The company behind this setup has changed over time:

Previously:

Bravapay Limited
490.1 Bow Valley Sq. 3 255
5th Ave SW, Calgary AB
Canada

Then changed to:

Achat Secure INC
410 – 9160 Boulevard Leduc, Brossard
J4Y 0E3 Quebec
Canada
Company Number: 1175022046

What happened?

On February 27, 2026, we received the following anonymous email, and our affiliate account was immediately suspended:

Following an extensive review of your affiliate account, we have identified a sustained pattern of activity over several months that has had a negative impact on the overall poker ecology on our website.

As a poker room, maintaining a balanced and sustainable ecosystem is fundamental to the long-term stability of the platform. Upon consideration after management’s review, we have determined that we cannot continue our current partnership under these circumstances.

We are providing formal notice that the affiliate agreement will be terminated effective immediately in accordance with clause 6.4 in our Terms & Conditions:

If an affiliate’s referred players generate negative net deposits (total deposits less total withdrawals) for two or more consecutive calendar months, Commission Kings reserves the right to modify, alter, reduce, or remove the affiliate’s commission structure without prior notice or explanation.

After nearly 10 years of cooperation and thousands of referred players, this came as a complete shock. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable.

We have never had any issues in the past. In fact, we have repeatedly and proactively removed players from our account when we identified that they were harmful to the network ecology. Also we did not offer any rakeback deals and supported their decision, even published an article about it regarding the Chico Poker Network rakeback topic. At no point did anyone approach us to raise concerns or discuss any issues.

Considering the significant monthly revenues involved and the large number of players referred over many years, it raises serious concerns that this decision may have been driven by financial motives under new management rather than by fair and transparent business practices.

For over a month now, all of our emails and attempts to find a solution have been completely ignored.  However, we are now preparing legal action with our lawyers, as it appears that CommissionKings, the Chico Network (including the poker rooms TigerGaming, BetOnline, and SportsBetting AG), and the company Achat Secure INC are not interested in any proper communication or resolution. There has been more than enough time to respond to our emails and attempts to resolve this matter.

Current changes to Terms & Conditions

In the meantime, the Terms & Conditions have been modified. However, we have secured copies of the original Terms, including video recordings and screenshots.

Additionally, it raises the question of which Terms & Conditions actually apply, as operations are now conducted via https://affiliates.wagernetwork.ag/. Regardless, we have documented everything thoroughly, as we anticipated potential retroactive changes.

Our point of view about the Chico Poker Network fraud

This entire situation clearly demonstrates the new management’s unprofessional approach. Sending an anonymous email, suspending an account without prior notice or discussion, removing our access to all stats reports and refusing to pay future commissions after many years of cooperation speaks for itself.

As a company that is very well connected internationally, we are fully capable of taking legal action and are aware of who is behind and responsible. It is also no secret that the Chico Poker Network and their brands Tigergaming, BetOnline and Sportbetting AG appear to be operating in multiple jurisdictions without proper licensing, which further raises serious concerns and of course, we will also draw the attention of the relevant authorities.

We are not someone who seeks conflict or aims to harm others. However, we will defend ourselves if necessary and will not accept being treated in such a manner. We have been in the industry for 15 years and have built a strong reputation and a good name. Everyone knows that we operate professionally and with integrity. It is not the first time someone has tried to cheat us, but this is not how it works and it is something we will not accept or tolerate, both in our own interest and in the interest of the entire industry.

It is unfortunate that it has come to this, but in situations like this, there is often no alternative. It goes without saying that, given the sums involved, they will not shy away from additional legal and court costs.

We are a partner you can communicate with, and through normal and open communication, many issues can be resolved and clarified. Of course, every company and poker room has the right to adjust certain deals and agreements, including in our case. It always depends on what was originally agreed, but in general, most providers have this option if nothing else has been explicitly defined.

It would also be completely legitimate if the Chico Poker Network, also known as CommissionKings / ACHAT INC, decided that they are no longer interested in continuing the partnership. That would be absolutely fine. However, even in such a case, and even if conditions are changed, the commissions for the thousands of players we have referred over the years must continue to be paid as agreed. It’s as simple as that. There is always a possibility to find an agreement if both parties want.

Important Notice to Players

We strongly advise all players to immediately stop their activity on TigerGaming, BetOnline, and SportsBetting AG. We also ask you to share this information with your friends and across your channels.

At this stage, we cannot say whether players will be directly affected or if there may be issues with withdrawals in the future. However, given the current behavior, there are serious concerns that should not be ignored and we recommend moving to another poker room and network

Update 01.04.2026:

As all our attempts to make contact have continued to be ignored, we will now initiate legal action.

CommissionKings, together with their brands TigerGaming, BetOnline, and SportsBetting AG, seem to believe they can remain anonymous. However, our network is strong enough that we have already gathered substantial information about the companies being used, and the process is now underway.

We will not allow ourselves to be defrauded and will pursue this matter to the very end.

We have also obtained further information regarding the actions of the new management and certain individuals. Unfortunately, we are not able to disclose these details publicly at this stage.
